Allan Lombardo - Business Shaman

Allan Lombardo, Consultant to Business, is an educated professional mentor and career coach who counsels and advises owners and their management teams by providing visionary wellness initiatives. By application and utilization of his learned life-business experiences complemented with a Socratic method of higher education and teachings, Allan's specialized role at Consultant2Biz demonstrates both the unique entrepreneurial skills needed in the world of Commerce as well as the use of organizational behavior-healing techniques augmented by visionary insights. He guides ownership towards achieving its corporate mission, goals, and financial objectives by providing direction and instruction for establishing a work environment influenced by principle-centered management initiatives that purposefully create balance and wellness for both the employer and the employee.

After spending thirty years in various executive positions in the real estate industry, Allan founded Wisdom Bear Co. in 1996. For ten years he provided business consulting services as well as promoted a retail business that created awareness of the Spirit World via Native American made goods and backwoods artisans' crafts. The company name reflected the ultimate objective of his business: to assist in the healing of ourselves and our families both in the workplace and at home by providing an awareness and understanding of the spiritual teachings and practices that the Native American Elders shared with us. This lifestyle of balance with nature practiced by the medicine men was shared within their tribal communities and extended to Allan's establishment operating as a boutique retail store in Lake Forest, Illinois and later merchandising as an Internet E-commerce retail website in both Arizona and Montana.

At Consultant2Biz, Allan continues his mission to provide business consulting services with a touch of shamanism that have "good energy" and enrichment for the mind, body and spirit of his clientele, their corporate organizations, and their business communities. Honest, ethical, and proven old fashioned time-tested principles of business practices are emphasized with the goal of achieving not only ownership’s realistic business/financial objectives, but also providing a productive and healthy workplace--an environment reflecting mutual respect for both the employer’s and employees’ intellectual, physical, and spiritual needs. Allan focuses his consulting role within both the real estate industry and medical office health/wellness practices. He provides expertise to real estate developers engaged in the construction and management of multi-use projects requiring professional parking operations with specialized customer/clientele amenities and provides business plans, organizational start-up, and on-going financial and operational analysis and guidance to western and alternative medicine practitioners owning/managing health/wellness patient centers..

Allan's credentials include both a B.S. in Commerce and a M.B.A. from DePaul University and an Education minor from Loyola University. He was licensed to teach in Arizona and is certified in Illinois as a college-level instructor in Business and Adult Education. His professional career (see BIO) encompasses over three decades in executive management roles including serving in senior positions as a CEO, COO, and CFO. In addition, Allan has assisted as a substitute teacher for seven years in Paradise Valley, AZ public schools and has been teaching for the past six years at Chiaravalle Montessori School in Evanston, IL.

Vision of Eagle/Strength of Bear is Allan's published book by Outskirts Press, Inc. The book originates from the author's personal journals about his journey as a financially successful white middle-aged businessman whose life is abruptly changed as he encounters the Native American Spirit World while attempting to deal with a life-threatening illness.
